Meat and Vegetable Masala
Meat 500 gm (small pieces)
Vegetable 500 gm (cut them and prepare)
Onion 2 or 200 gm (medium finely sliced)
Tomato 2-3 or 200 gm (medium)
Clarified butter/oil 1 cup or 175 gm
Shan Sabzi Gosht masala 3-4 tbsp
1. Fry onion into hot oil.
2. Then add meat, shan sabzi gosht masala and tomatoes fry for a few minutes.
3. Now add 2-3 bowl water cover to cook on low flame until tender.
4. Then add vegetable and 1 cup water (if required) cook on high flame.
5. Then turn flame low and let it cook till vegetables tenders.
